Low key was so annoyed that I was charged $42 for two standard burgers, knowing things have increased in price I was just like oh ok cool, got home and they had got the order wrong made both doubles and my partners a different burger :/ wasted a whole burger

Today during a small visit, i witnessed the way one of the employees spoke to another.Poor girl employee just wanted to buy a drink for herself and i'm assuming it was another girl in charge spoke so rudely to her in front of the entire store. Completely unnessary behaviour. Her tone was horrible and extremely rude.

Best service here. Was pleasantly surprised when I ordered a meal the girl asked if we wanted sauce with if. Couldn't believe it.. usually people forget them. Never really had any issues here. Foods always good portions and they fill up the storms to the top unlike mcdonalds.

Not happy with my orderOrdered 2 whoppers one in a meal and 3 pieces chicken pieces with spicy sauce.Got my order and luckily checked before I got my coffee which I was charged a $1 not sure whether should have been included in the meal deal and there was only 1 whopper so had to ask for it. Got home to eat and not happy with the whopping hardly no mayo a bit of lettuce worst whopper ever and no sauce not a happy experience

Always ask for more salt or you get none, 2/3 trips either waiting for 10mins+ for a burger and chips meal. What did make me finally leave a review was them messing up a $18 meal for the third time in a row. Used to be a 24 hour store that could get meals right at 3-4 am, now I cant even get what I ordered right even after long wait times. dunno what happend to the store but its gone down a long way.

Waites for 20 mins seemed like nobody was actually working then finally got served but for the person serving unable to work the till. So left. Not going back again on a hurry. Fast food? No!Poor poor form.

So I decided I wanted to try one of the large ice chocolates with the brown sugar popping balls. Instead I got half a cup of ice with some whipped cream and what seemed like a table spoon of the popping balls. Was rather underwhelming for $6. Maybe better at a different hungry jacks

Definitely one of the better fast food places in Butler/Yanchep. Generally pretty quick, food is usually hot, and typically well filled in both drinks and chips. I don’t think I’ve ever had an incorrect order personally.Had one evening where was service was a lot slower than usual, manager came out and sped the guys who were just talking and mucking about, but still disappointing hires.Other than that usually pretty solid option

I'll give this store a fair review, I like hungry jacks over most fast food places.The service from this store is very poor"! I feel like it's a management issue
