Normally the burgers are better at HJ’s, well not this time!! Very average indeed, supposed to be a Junior Whopper with cheese and heavy pickle. No cheese, yellow lettuce, tiny piece of tomato, a 1/4 of 1 slice of onion and 2 pickles. HJ’s you need to lift your game. Tried calling the store but nobody ever answers.

My brother lives locally and has noticed the decline of both quality of service and food in this particular establishment. Just yesterday morning at 8am my brother was the only customer at the counter. He waited for a minute or so while the employee at the counter related a personal story to a colleague in another area. When the employee finally paid my brother attention, she cut him off several times presuming she knew what he wanted. She didn't. Consequently it took him twice as long to place his order. She then tried to overcharge him. My brother will be heading to McDonald's in future.

Do yourself a favour and just don't bother. Every uber eats is wrong, I keep doing it, stupid me, but everytime without fail there is burger missing even if you only order 2!!! .... do better!!!!

Consistently forgets delivery items, no checks or controls in place. Can't be bothered to answer the phone to discuss.Love spending twice the delivery fees to make sure both my son and I can eat.

Absolutely shocking ingredients missing on burgers bacon not cooked properly half burger no sauce other half soaked in it... how hard can it be. Service not great either.
